Nicole Alper began her career as a magazine editor and writer, working at Conde Nast Publications, and Fairchild Publications, in New York City. As the print industry declined, she moved towards healthcare, earning a Masters degree in school psychology. Nicole later sought out the field of commercial real estate, focusing on medical and office. She loves commercial real estate's daily variety, balance of autonomy and teamwork, and emphasis on research and problem solving. In her free time, Nicole volunteers at Northwell's Cohen's Children's Hospital Child Life Department and Northwell's Zucker Hillside Child and Adolescent OutPatient Clinic.
