Meet Nicolas – an ambitious and driven individual, committed to providing the best experience for his clients. Nicolas Moretti is an Investment Sales Associate at the Marcus & Millichap Vancouver office. Having experience with Industrial and Multifamily transactions, Nicolas specializes in identifying value-add opportunities and uses in-depth financial analysis to cater to the objectives of his clients. He differentiates himself through his ability to create unique solutions in maximizing property utility, most evidently with redevelopment opportunities. Nicolas proudly joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 after several years prior concentrating in acquisitions, dispositions, and development of single-tenant commercial assets for a multinational corporation. Nicolas earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business with a dual specialization in Real Estate and Marketing. Outside of the office, Nicolas enjoys playing a variety of competitive sports and is a proud member of the Vancouver Golf Club.
