Nic, was born in Skagit Valley’s beautiful Mount Vernon. An incredible athlete in high school Nic was not only a starting member of Mac Fraser’s All-State basketball team multiple years but a 4-year varsity baseball, All-State, player. Nic chose to pursue baseball and played for two years at Big Bend Community College before transferring to Saint Martin’s University. Nic graduated from Saint Martin’s with his bachelor’s degree in Community Services. It was then a natural progression to work for the City of Olympia, helping to run their youth and teen recreational programs. It was also in Olympia that Nic met his future bride, Emily. It was not until Nic had spent about a decade working for different municipalities that he decided that it was time for a career change. Nic jumped into his real estate career right after the 2008 Financial Crisis.
