Born in the south of France, Nicolas Hovsepyan spent much of his youth between Senegal and Cameroon. He then moved to Montreal where he completed his studies and began a career in the field of water purification. In 2007, he embarked on a new adventure and founded several small businesses on six different Caribbean islands. Over the years, he developed a passion for real estate.
