Nico Prioli

Nico Prioli joined Hunington Properties in 2025. A graduate of George Mason University and former Division I athlete with a degree in Finance, he brings both knowledge and passion focused on New Development, Investment Sales, and Leasing, primarily in the retail sector. Nico has proven creative, resourceful, and committed. With long-term career goals within the retail industry, most specifically relating to land development and acquisitions, he also holds a Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
