Nicki Peetz

Nicki Peetz serves as a Client Services Specialist for John Schumacher, one of the company’s most respected, top-producing industrial brokers at CBRE. Building on an extensive background in commercial real estate, Nicki is responsible for the creation of client packages, proposals, and many day-to-day operations for John which is known for Landlord and Tenant representation in the South Bay market. Some of these specialty services include customized searches of the market, maps, coordinated communication between client and internal constituents and assisting with proposals, listings and other agreements. Provides daily research and market trends to current and potential clients. To maintain first-class initiatives, Nicki combines hands-on real estate experience to produce customized support for clients who value the unique depth across real estate services. Nicki began her real estate career at Grubb and Ellis, then Colliers International, where she grew seasoned knowledge of market fundamentals. Starting as a Research Analyst, she helped coordinate and maintain Grubb and Ellis’s Research Department; transitioning to Transaction Services, she later assisted senior brokers at both Grubb and Colliers. In spring 2012, Nicki joined the South Bay CBRE office where she worked for John Schumacher. In 2021 she took a pause for family and in 2024, she rejoined John Schumacher to continue her career here at CBRE.
