Nick Zarnin has almost two decades of commercial real estate experience, primarily focused on representing occupier clients in Manhattan, the greater New York Region and nationally. Nick provides his clients with advice and expertise in the process of lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, complex deal structuring, financial analysis and portfolio optimization. A detail-oriented advisor, Nick prides himself in his ability to think outside the box to devise creative real estate strategies aligned with his clients’ short-and long-term business goals, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor who always keeps his clients’ best interests in mind. Nick has advised occupier clients on more than two million square feet of transactions to-date.
