Nick Zarins

Nick joined Atlantic Retail as a broker in the West Palm Beach office in 2021. Prior to joining Atlantic Retail, Nick was an ARC (Assumable Rate Conversion) intern with South State Bank from June 2019 to June 2020 assisting the analysts. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Nick is a 2021 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance as well as a member of the rowing team. Outside of the office, Nick enjoys surfing, spearfishing, sailing, and anything to do with the outdoors.
