Nick Vaughn

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Nick spent 10 years working in the field of Land Development in Northern California as a Project Manager and Land Development Manager. His experience includes site development supervision, project management, land acquisition due diligence and entitlements. In 2005, Nick moved to Bend where he was a Land Development Manager for Pahlisch Homes. He then began developing and managing his own projects in Bend and Sisters. Nick, his wife Kaari and their two daughters enjoy many of the outdoor opportunities that Central Oregon provides.
