Nick Tomasone

Nick Tomasone works on CBRE's industrial team in the Columbus office, where he is focused exclusively on industrial assignments. Nick specializes in agency leasing, tenant representation, land/building acquisitions/dispositions, partnering with Capital Markets and the development of industrial projects. Nick's training and network has allowed Nick to seek out the best solutions for all users in his market. His education and experience has allowed him to protect tenants and landlords when navigating through various types of transactions. Nick previously worked as an Asset Manager for SP Plus Parking. During this time, he managed parking assets in the Columbus CBD for Nationwide Realty Investors, Elford and Hines. Before joining the JLL Industrial Brokerage team, Nick worked for JLL as a Property management for almost three years. He is a licensed real estate agent with over five years of experience in the industrial sector. Nick has both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Barry University.
