Nick Stomski is an industrial and investment specialist and a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. Nick has been awarded Circle of Excellence recognition in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Nick offers specialization in acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation in the industrial market across the state, focusing on corporate services in the capacity of brokerage and consulting. Leading the company in the industrial market, Nick has completed over 100 transactions in the last 36 months. Nick’s client list is comprised of companies such as DuPont USA, Teijin Films, Pepsi Bottling Company, Flextronics International, Eleets Transportation, EPSI Masking Company, Flying J, Ceratizit USA, Merchants Metals, Inc., Masthead, Safelite Glass Corp., MarwinCompany, Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mar Mac Wire, and Struthers-Dunn, to name a few. Nick received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina with a double major of Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management. He is a member of the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, the Committee of 100, the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association, New Carolina TDL Cluster and serves on the facilities committee of Harvest Hope Food Bank. .
