Nick Sorensen

As a Senior Sales Associate with Newmark Pearson Commercial’s office division, Nick Sorensen specializes in the representation of investors, landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of office properties. Nick is dedicated to providing his clientele with exceptional service and to becoming one of the Central Valley’s Top Producers. Nick began his real estate career in the spring of 2019. He is mentoring under Senior Vice President Phil Souza, a 36-year industry veteran who is well known in the commercial real estate industry as a consistent Top Producer and Power Broker throughout California’s Central Valley. Prior to joining Newmark Pearson Commercial, Nick held a sales executive position at David Nalchajian, Inc., where he focused on event management, sponsorship sales and public relations. His past experience has given him the opportunity to create solid relationships with businesses across California’s Central Valley and has thus helped him build a network of supporters who rely on his expertise and values to meet their needs.
