Nick Sommer

Nick Sommer is the co-founder of Century 21 Alliance Group with his wife Jeanne. In addition to his operational leadership of the group, Nick is one of the leading commercial brokers in Northwest Indiana. He not only sells buildings and land, he also personally invests in properties and advises clients in all aspects of real estate. His expertise includes listing and marketing buildings and land, confidential client property searches, investment cash flow analysis, and negotiating sales and leases.<br /><br />With an MBA from Indiana University, Nick remains an active member of the regional business community. A former Chairman of the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Chamber of Commerce, Nick is currently serving as board member for the Porter-Starke Community Health Foundation and The City of Valparaiso Parks Foundation. He is also a quasi-judicial Board Member for The Porter County Tax Board of Appeals. In addition to those duties Nick is a member of the Valparaiso Rotary Club and The University Club of Northwest Indiana. <br /><br />Prior to starting the Century 21 Alliance Group in 1998, Nick served as Senior Logistics Manager for Gatorade North America, where he was responsible for executing all major customer delivery programs and distribution for all national market chains.
