Nick Savoy joined Lee and Associates of Michigan in 2017. Nick specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the southeast Michigan market. Nick uses his in-depth market knowledge to provide clients with customized solutions to their commercial property requirements. In 2019, Nick earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) designation, which represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Nick previously served as a data analyst for Jackson National Life Insurance Company in Jackson, Michigan.
