Nick Santagata joined SRS in 2025 as an Associate with the capital markets team in the New York office. Nick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties nationwide. Prior to joining SRS, Nick was with SAB Capital, where he focused on 1031 exchange advisory and single and multi-tenant investment sales. Nick also has experience underwriting net lease assets. Nick grew up in an entrepreneurial background, surrounded by new development and construction through his family’s business, giving him insight into the complexities of investing in build-to-suit assets.
