Nick Salm

Nick Salm joined NAI Pfefferle as senior commercial real estate advisor in 2024. With his experience as a licensed commercial real estate broker since 2016, he specialized in industrial sales and leasing, vacant land sales and development, retail and restaurant sale, and office leasing. Prior to entering brokerage, Nick gained valuable experience in the mortgage and construction sectors, allowing him to establish a significant network throughout Northeast Wisconsin's real markets. He was also formerly the director of business development at Fait Technologies where he spearheaded large-scale projects nationwide, including multifamily high rises, greenfield developments, industrial/manufacturing facilities, and office and retail spaces. As a native of Appleton, Nick remains dedicated to his community, working closely with buyer and seller to enhance the quality of life and business environments in the area. Nick has also served as a youth football coach for 25 years.
