Nick Rockefeller

Nick brings nearly five years of experience in commercial retail leasing, representing landlord clients throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Over the course of his career, he has focused on grocery-anchored neighborhood centers, mixed-use properties, and urban retail, working across all of Georgia. In that time, Nick has developed deep fluency in the full range of landlord-side leasing work, from tenant prospecting and market research to LOI negotiation and lease execution. His experience includes structuring and reviewing key lease provisions such as exclusive use clauses, co-tenancy requirements, CAM structures, TI allowances, and assignment rights, always with an eye toward protecting landlord interests while keeping deals moving toward close. He has worked on transactions ranging from small endcap suites to anchor and junior-anchor spaces, and regularly collaborates with property owners, managers, and colleagues to maintain strong occupancy and an optimal tenant mix across his centers. Nick is also an active participant in the retail real estate community, attending industry events like ICSC, and local Atlanta YARA events to build relationships and source new leasing prospects.

  Nick earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from Mercer University in 2021, followed by an MBA, also from Mercer in 2022. During his time at Mercer, Nick was a member of Mercer's lacrosse team, serving as team captain for three seasons.
