Nick R Griffith

Nick Griffith has been working in real estate since 2012 where he started leasing a scattered site portfolio of market rate housing. He acquired his real estate license shortly thereafter and worked as a real estate agent learning the ins and outs of sales. After working in affordable housing for 2 years and receiving a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation, he transitioned to Arbors in 2016 managing and growing a market rate scattered site portfolio. Through his years Nick has learned the benefits and challenges that come along with scattered site housing. Nick is currently the Vice President of Arbors Real Estate, LLC mastering financial analysis of investment properties and helping his clients achieve their goals of cashing out of their investments through a sale or achieving wealth through acquisition of investment properties.
