Nick Poole

Nick Poole serves as the Office Tenant Representation and Industrial Broker Lead for JLL in the Orlando and Jacksonville offices within the Florida Region. In addition, Nick is responsible for day to day management including recruiting, development, enhancing operational processes within the brokerage teams, project staffing, resource/support management and P&L ownership. Nick specializes in tenant advisory services and economic incentive negotiations for local, regional and national clients. His responsibilities include new business development, lease and contract negotiation, cash flow analysis and execution of real estate transactions for office and industrial user-owned, build-to-suit, or leased locations. Nick’s expertise is derived from his ability to help clients reduce occupancy costs, accelerate savings and improve balance sheet implications, resulting in improved profitability and partner distributions.
