Nick Pass

Nick started his career with a regional real estate private equity group based in Saint Louis. After learning the transaction process and deal structures from a buy-side perspective, he co-founded a real estate investment brokerage firm. Over the five years he spent with the firm, it grew to include 13 employees while working on hundreds of investment properties. In late 2020 Nick decided he wanted to get back to the buy-side and launched PassCo Properties with his father Chuck. Nick is active in the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as sourcing new properties and helping to raise equity and debt.
