Nicholas joined NAI Elliot in March of 2012. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Elliott and has been involved with over $250,000,000 of commercial real estate sales. Nicholas specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial and multi-family properties and works with investors, owners, occupants, and developers. His transactions have included large industrial acreage, apartment development land, retail centers, apartment complexes, and industrial buildings. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, Nicholas was a top producer for Windermere Cronin + Caplan Realty Group, Western Equities, and Realty Trust Group. He has been involved in countless transactions and is a huge source of knowledge in multi-family and commercial real estate sales.
