Nick O'Leary

Nick heads up our Commercial Agency department, spotting development opportunities, handling disposals and acquisitions for developer, investment and occupier clients, driving growth in the A11 tech corridor, and leading the team. He has more than two decades experience in the profession, including in the role of director and head of agency for a national firm of commercial surveyors based in Cambridge covering the whole of East Anglia, where he worked on major developments such as the Broadland Business Park and the Norwich Research Park. Most recently he ran his own commercial real estate business. Born and bred in Suffolk, Nick is married with two children. He likes to stay active, with running, skiing and walking all activities he enjoys. Just days after starting at Arnolds Keys he took part in the Cambridge half marathon; his ambition is to take part in the London Marathon, with a sub-four hour target time.
