Nick Nybakken is a member of Occupier Services working in the Colliers Downtown & West LA offices partnering with Nathan Pellow & Michael Weiner. Nick's team is a leading tenant occupier practice that provides a wide array of real estate strategies and planning to service a company's complex real estate requirements for their office headquarters and distribution/flex facilities in the West Los Angeles, Downtown, & South Bay real estate markets. Mr. Nybakken creates workplace-driven real estate solutions specifically tailored to his client's evolving business needs that effectuate change in employee performance and align a company's critical facilities with its long term business objectives. His services are occupier-focused and include: facility/portfolio assessment, strategic planning, financial modeling, market research, transaction management, workplace advisory, and acquisition and disposition services. Additionally, Nick and his team are experts in representing local owner-users and investors to dispose and acquire their commercial office, flex, and industrial properties in excess of over $300 million in transactions across West Los Angeles, Downtown LA, Culver City, Hollywood, and Burbank. Since joining Colliers, Mr. Nybakken has represented clients in various industries including: architecture, engineering, design, all professional service, non-profit as well as technology, media, apparel/fashion, e-commerce, entertainment, and aerospace. Some of his clients include BMW, Coca Cola, The Los Angeles Clippers, SoundCloud, AC Martin Architects, ARUP Engineering, & One & Only Palmilla Resorts. In his free time, Nick enjoys staying active and spends his time golfing, practicing martial arts, skiing, swimming, traveling internationally, and helping mentor young children through the ACE Mentor Program in Los Angeles.
