Nick Lore is a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily properties, focusing on mobile home parks, in the southeastern United States. With nearly 20 years of experience in the multifamily and mobile home industry, Nick has a proven track record of helping institutional and private investors achieve their goals. Nick holds a master’s degree in finance from Harvard University. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick was the Regional Manager for Green Tree Servicing, where he oversaw property preservation, marketing, and sales of REO assets, as well as default servicing for over $6 billion in active loans.
