Nick Kolbus

Nick Kolbus joins Cushman & Wakefield from Marcus & Millichap, where he worked on the New York Multifamily Team alongside Walsh and Darraugh. He has an extensive real estate background ranging from investments and brokerage to property management and development. Kolbus started his career managing a portfolio of investment properties and assisting in the operations of his family’s full-service brokerage firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in Social and Historical Sciences from Indiana University.
