Nick Jones

Nick Jones has been involved in commercial real estate management, investment, development and brokerage for over 15 years. Each industry roll has added perspective, introducing various angles and strategies to evaluate each opportunity Red Bell Partners pursues. During his career he has brokered over $125MM worth of real estate transactions, managed several hundred thousand square feet of industrial, retail, office, and medical office, and developed/redeveloped/repositioned over 500,000 sq. ft. of retail, industrial and special purpose properties. Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida while concurrently participating on the World Circuit as a Professional Wakeboarder. He is an active member of ULI, ICSC and NAIOP.
