Nick Hodapp has worked in the Real Estate industry in Colorado for over 9 years. As a Colorado native, Nick has sought to provide the highest possible standards and returns to his clients through a diligent and analytic approach to every transaction. Prior to real estate Nick served as Director of Investor relations for a publicly traded MLP. Having assisted in the structuring of several successful corporate investments and transactions, Nick took his passion for investing back to the real estate industry. Over the past four years Nick has been a part of acquiring and managing over $200MM of real estate assets. In addition to real estate, Nick remains active in his community through multiple volunteering efforts.
