Nick Henritze

Nick Henritze serves as a Sales and Leasing Associate at Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he focuses on commercial, industrial, and investment transactions. Nick was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. He then attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated with a degree in Finance. During college, Nick was involved in many organizations on campus, including the Real Estate, Finance, and Entrepreneurship Clubs. Living in Blacksburg and Roanoke has provided Nick with a vast knowledge of the region and many local relationships. Nick is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve favorable terms on every deal.
