Since joining Colliers International’s Silicon Valley office in 2006 after the private equity sale of previous company, Nick has focused his business practice on helping clients build their real estate strategies around an anticipation of explosive growth. As an integral member of Colliers’ award-winning team of real estate professionals with intimate knowledge of the local, regional and global leasing markets, Nick brings an in-depth understanding of the interaction between global growth and real estate strategy. In addition to transactional expertise and market knowledge, Nick recognizes that exceptional results require a deep understanding his client’s business objectives to ensure that an otherwise healthy business plan is not being hindered by lack of quality space. As a veteran of several start ups, Nick not only is familiar with the dynamic environment, but also how buildings can become a part of the core culture of a successful company as well as a major recruiting tool. Nick has successfully handled transactions in Europe, Asia, across the United States and maintains strong networks in the United Kingdom.
