Nick Geaneotes

Nick Geaneotes is a retail investment sales specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, where he exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of investment properties throughout the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region. Nick advises and assists private investors in all aspects of single tenant net-leased investment transactions across various tenant types. Nick built an in depth understanding of tenant operations while working with a regional retail brokerage in leasing. His previous experience allows him to be an advisor to clients looking to purchase or dispose of retail and medical properties. Nick currently resides in Philadelphia and attended West Chester University where he studied Finance. When not working, Nick enjoys Golfing, Travel and attending professional sporting events. He actively engages in volunteer activities and fundraising for local organizations including, Special Olympics of New Jersey, Philadelphia Eagles Autism Challenge and The Ability Experience.
