Nick Eggen

Nick Eggen is currently the Director for Hannay Realty Advisors. In February of 2012, Nick transitioned to HRA from CBRE, Inc., to oversee the leasing of third party clients, receivership, REO and owned assets. As of March, 2016, Nick has completed 245 new and renewal leases for retail, office and light industrial, totaling 945,000 square feet and $66.14 million in transaction value. Prior to joining HRA, Nick was an Associate with CBRE, Inc., following the merger with Trammell Crow Company. At Trammell Crow, Nick performed analytic research for office, industrial and retail properties. After joining CBRE, Inc., he specialized in retail research. In April 2008, Nick joined the Retail Landlord Leasing team. His main objectives were to develop tenant relationships, negotiate transactions and coordinate marketing materials as well as lead tenant representation assignments. Nick’s focus and determination in brokerage was recognized as he received the 2010 Rookie of the Year award for the CBRE Phoenix office. Prior to his current brokerage and asset management career, Nick attended Northwestern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication, with a concentration in psychology. He was also a member of the men''s varsity swim team. In May, 2004, Nick was awarded the John Evans Scholarship for his outstanding achievements in academics and athletics.
