Nick Claudio
Nick is Senior Vice President at Avison Young.
As Vice President in Avison Young’s Charlotte office, Nick Claudio focuses on tenant representation and agency leasing. His primary responsibilities include tenant and landlord advisory services, leasing, business strategy and development as well as acquisition and disposition arrangements. Nick has represented local, regional and institutional clients to address their real estate needs across the Charlotte region and beyond. In addition, Nick currently lists over 100,000 SF of commercial office property as well as several high-profile redevelopment sites. Prior to joining Avison Young, Nick worked as a business project lead and account specialist focusing on client growth and retention. Nick attended West Virginia University where he studied Finance. In addition to his studies, Nick was a four-year letter winner and team captain of the WVU Men’s Soccer Team.
