Nick Charif

Nick Charif is Associate Vice President in Savills Calgary office, responsible for assisting a multi-disciplinary team with account and transaction management, as well as market research and financial analysis. He is focused primarily in the industrial real estate sector. Nick joined Savills in 2022, after working as a Medical Sales Representative at Aceso Medical, focusing on corporate business development and client relations. He brought a client-centric approach to project and account management, working with major corporations across various industries, including medical, oil and gas, and construction. Nick was introduced to commercial real estate while serving as an intern for Colliers International. In this role, he gained experience assisting brokers with market research and analysis to support client leasing and expansion strategies, site selection, and lease negotiations.
