Nick Busch

Nick is an Associate and works in the CBRE's Indianapolis office. He manages and executes the full range of real estate transactions (purchases, sales, build-to-suits, landlord and tenant rep.) across the market. Nick has been with CBRE since 2020 and has been representing manufacturing and distribution tenants and landlords in Indianapolis, executing a number of transactions in that time. Nick’s market knowledge uniquely positions him to assist clients in a range of activities including negotiations to achieve optimal leasing solutions, build-to-suit projects, and purchases. In the past three years, Nicks’ team has completed over 60M square feet of real estate transactions, with a total consideration of over $3.0B.
