Nick Branton

Nick is a Vice President at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., where he specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial, medical, and office properties throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. He brings a strong background in strategic dealmaking and market knowledge to every transaction. Nick studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Hofstra University and West Chester University. Prior to joining Geis Realty Group, he was a key team member at Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate, where he earned distinction for his performance, including back-to-back Largest Flex Sale Awards in Chester County, presented by the Chester County Industrial Investment Council, where he also served as a board member from 2019 to 2022.
