Nick Beach

Nick Beach joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate initially as an intern while attending Colorado State University in the Summer of 2019. After graduating, he joined the team full-time as an Associate Broker having successfully participated in 41 transactions totaling over $38M of total deal value to date. Nick provides valuable insight in helping Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants navigate all aspects of each unique commercial real estate transaction. He brings an adaptive and confident nature to the team that ensures that not only are our clients’ needs met – but they are also positively exceeded. Key clients include CORE Electric Cooperative, Pacific North, NexGen, MedOne, WPIP Investments and Seventh Day Adventist to name a few. Outside of the office Nick enjoys being outside, playing sports, and spending quality time with his family, friends and dogs!
