Nick Barbato

Nick specializes in landlord and tenant representation, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of more than 3,000,000 square feet of commercial property in central Florida. Graduating from the University of Central Florida with a double-major in Finance and Real Estate has helped Nick quickly adapt to the intricacies of commercial real estate. Other specialties include distressed assets, acquisitions, dispositions, marketing, and he’s responsible for completing more than $200M in transaction value. Prior to joining the EIS team, Nick founded the company Southern Commercial Partners, an independent commercial real estate brokerage where his primary focus was centered around site acquisitions and landlord representation. Nick is licensed as a Broker Associate with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on the Board of Retail Live. Nick was awarded the CoStar Power Broker for Retail Leasing in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
