Nick Baldwin

Nick began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, Florida working with one of the most formidable office tenant representation teams in all of Florida. Nick and his team have had the privilege of representing Fortune 500 Companies and other prominent local companies in Tampa Bay. His team has completed more than 9 million square feet of office leasing transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelors degree in Psychology and Political Science. After graduation, he worked briefly in the financial services industry where he assisted firms with their employee benefits packages. Nick is a native of Tampa, Florida and enjoys the outdoors, exercising and golf.
