Nick Arundel

Nick was one of the founding members of AWS Ltd at its inception in 1992 prior to which he was Head of Agency and Development at Houlstons starting work there in 1981. He has advised on a number of significant industrial and office projects in and around the Greater Leeds and West Yorkshire region for the best part of 30 years. Nick acts on a wide variety of associated projects with Clients ranging from private individuals and developers to major UK developers and property investment funds as well as local and regionally based owner occupiers.
