Nick Weis is the Managing Broker and Owner of Third Day Commercial Real Estate, which he founded in January 2010. Prior to TDCRE, Nick was a Sales Associate for Dolan and Murphy, Inc for 5 years where he focused on a variety of property types. This was after a successful 14 year mortgage banking career at various large firms like National City (now PNC Bank) and First Chicago NBD (Now JP Morgan Chase). He is also a General Partner in numerous partnerships that buy, manage and lease commercial space and land. Nick concentrates most of his practice on representing tenants and buyers of professional, medical and general office space in the far West Suburban market of Chicago. He also represents landlords of similar space types as well as investment groups seeking to buy, sell or lease space. Obtaining satisfied clients as a trusted advisor is his main goal achieved thru offering quality service and solid advice by providing accurate market data and financial analysis. Weis graduated from the University of St Francis in 1991 with a BS in Finance and a minor in Marketing. He then completed his MBA from Northern Illinois University in 1998. In October 2013 Nick received the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation after nearly 3 years of work. Nick has taken the tools and strategies he has learned from each course and is applying them to his daily practice. He believes this designation and additional knowledge will add tremendous value to serving his clients.
