Nick’s investment sales focus includes sale-leasebacks, practice expansions, individual property sales and portfolio sales. By providing comprehensive analysis and leveraging his industry knowledge, he consistently meets his clients’ sales objectives and long-term investing goals. Prior to joining Ackerman, Nick was a Senior Investment Advisor at AiCRE Partners and Helios Investment Services, and an Investment Sales Advisor at Sands Investment Group. His industry recognitions include Top Listing Agent of the Year, Crexi’s Platinum Broker Award and the CoStar Power Broker Award.
