Nicholas D. Smith is an experienced commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty’s Nancy Frigo Team (NFT). Nick is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana with a background in community and housing development, down payment and rental assistance program administration, and large multifamily property management. Whether clients are looking to lease commercial space, complete a commercial acquisition, list their commercial property, or work on a major new construction development, Nick can help. As member of the NFT, he can directly assist with commercial transactions in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.
