Nick is a Commercial Real Estate Representative who works alongside Tom Clancy and Tessa Compagno. This annual top producing team at Avison Young, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the North York, Toronto vicinity. Nick and his team have transacted over $500 million worth of industrial real estate, representing over 10 million square feet. Holding an economics and finance degree from the University of Guelph, Nick’s education has allowed him to identify, describe and improve the strategies and incentives used by individuals and businesses, to best optimize their Real Estate strategies.
