
Nicholas' primary responsibilities cover multiple aspects of the deal continuum, including but not limited to procuring research related materials, financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence coordination, market analysis, and client service support. Prior to working at Colliers, Nicholas supported another investment sales team as a Financial Analyst. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he graduated from The University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a Specialization in Real Estate from the Culverhouse College of Commerce. Nicholas is an active licensed broker here in Colorado and is an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman.
