Nicholas Mulligan

Mr. Mulligan is an Associate with The Anton Group. His primary focus is on office, development, mixed-use and multifamily in Manhattan. He has completed four transactions in three different asset types, totaling over $70,000,000 in total sales volume during his first year and a half with The Anton Group. Nicholas attended Bryant University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, along with double minors in Marketing and Communications. While at Bryant, Mr. Mulligan was also on the varsity baseball team, winning three consecutive regular season NEC championships. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Mulligan is very familiar with the New York market. From a young age, Nicholas has always had a passion for real estate and development. Following his college career, he decided to pursue his passion in his home city with The Anton Group. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as surfing and spearfishing. He also runs a non-for-profit surf camp in the summer with childhood friends called Spread the Swell.
