Nicholas specializes in developing, constructing and operating Dunkin Donuts franchises serving the greater Boston Massachusetts and Tampa Florida areas. Nicholas also serves as a managing member for the Leo Development Group LLC that is a full service Real Estate Development firm specializing in the design, acquisition, financing, permitting, construction and management of retail, office, single family and multi family projects. For the past 10 years, Nicholas has served as the Principal for BrickYard Authentic Pizzeria and Burger Bar a full service bar and restaurant with two floors of dining, two bars, open kitchen and seasonal patio.
