Nicholas Krejci

Since beginning his industrial/commercial brokerage career in 2016, Mr. Krejci has completed over 5.5 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $360 million, including over $85 million in 2023 and over $100 million in 2024. Nick is active in the Central DuPage, O’Hare, and I-88 submarkets. In addition, he enjoys providing services to his clients on a national level where he has worked on transactions with his clients in Texas, California, Florida, Michigan and Minnesota. Some of Mr. Krejci’s notable transactions include a 352,338 square foot lease consolidation with apparel retailer AKIRA in Bolingbrook; a 29.2-acre land sale to Panattoni Development where they developed a 356,462 square foot speculative warehouse in Aurora in 2023 and used Core Industrial to sell the building in 2024 for $46 million to ARES; a 173,000 square foot sale to Perla Foods for their U.S. food production headquarters.
