Nick Kontos is a Vice President at CBRE with 10 Years of investment sales experience. Nick joined CBRE in September 2023 to help build the middle market investment sales platform, focusing NYC commercial assets under $50M. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick climbed the ranks at Cushman & Wakefield from Analyst to Director in his seven-year tenure – an achievement indicative of his hard work and determination. At C&W, he was integral in the sale of 300+ properties with a dollar volume over $3.0B. His clients ranged from institutional investors to private owners to no-profit and religious organizations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Nick worked for nearly three years at Marcus & Millichap, split between the Ft. Lauderdale and Manhattan offices. Nick is from Cambridge, MA and graduated from Boston University Questrom School of Business in 2013. While at BU, he was captain of the Club Ice Hockey Team
