Nicholas Giganti

Nick Giganti brings over a decade of real estate expertise to Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic team, with a focus on investment sales, development strategy, and client advisory services. Based in Philadelphia, Nick will serve clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, as well as Delaware and Maryland. Originally from New York City, Nick relocated to Philadelphia in 2002 to attend the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He began his real estate career in 2011, quickly establishing himself as a trusted advisor to investors and developers across the region. In 2017, he founded Hunters Real Estate, a boutique firm focused on multifamily and land development opportunities in urban markets. Under his leadership, Hunters grew into a top-producing team and eventually merged with Rarity Real Estate at Keller Williams, where Nick served as President of the commercial division. Throughout his career, Nick has been involved in more than 500 transactions and has built a reputation for delivering long-term value through strategic deal sourcing and market insight. At Binswanger, he leverages the firm’s national platform to further scale his practice and provide comprehensive commercial real estate solutions to his clients.
