Nicholas Ferraro
Nicholas Ferraro is a Leasing Relationships Manager at Catalyst Investment Partners, where he is responsible for identifying tenant opportunities and cultivating relationships to support the firm’s leasing initiatives. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Ferraro served as a Commercial Leasing Manager at Edgewood Properties, where he led leasing strategy and execution across more than 8 million square feet and 80+ projects throughout New Jersey, with a focus on new development, redevelopment, and complex vacancy. In that role, he structured and negotiated leases, coordinated deal execution, and helped advance stalled projects and reposition underperforming assets, generating more than $100 million in aggregate lease value. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ferraro gained hands-on experience in construction and project management, providing a strong operational foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rowan University.
